1984
Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India follows in February 1985. Three preceding years of articleship at Chaturvedi & Co., Lucknow.
1985
Registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with effect from 1 April 1985 (Firm Registration No. 002619C). A general chartered accountancy practice begins, anchored in statutory audit and direct-tax work for family-owned businesses across the city.
1985 onwards
The audit practice is empanelled with the Reserve Bank of India, nationalised banks, and all-India financial institutions, taking on statutory, concurrent, and revenue audit appointments for public-sector banks — work the firm has carried through every decade since.
1995
Expanded into corporate-secretarial work as the Companies Act framework evolved and clients began incorporating private limited entities.
2001
With the Foreign Exchange Management Act in force, the firm builds out an international taxation and FEMA practice to serve NRI clients and Indian businesses with overseas exposure.
2017
Following the introduction of the GST regime in July 2017, the firm extends its indirect-tax bench to handle registrations, returns, refunds, and audits across multi-state clients.
2018
After three decades as a partnership, the firm restructures with CA Anil Arora as sole proprietor — the same practice and the same standards, under a simpler structure.
2026
A formal CFO & Virtual CFO practice is launched, serving Indian businesses and overseas clients — priority markets: GCC and SEA first, UK next, US last.
2026
A modern, ICAI-compliant home for the practice on the public web. Yes — this counts as a milestone.
