Articleship programme
The firm has trained CA students continuously since the mid-1980s. Articleship at the firm is intended to expose trainees to the full range of statutory and advisory work that a mid-sized chartered accountancy practice handles — not just one vertical.
Allocation across practice areas. Trainees rotate across audit (statutory, tax, internal), direct and indirect taxation, ROC and corporate work, and accounting / outsourcing assignments. Allocation balances article preference with the engagement calendar.
Learning calendar. In addition to on-the-job exposure, the firm runs internal sessions on changes to standards, the Finance Bill, GST amendments, and recent rulings. Articles are encouraged to present case studies they have worked on.
Stipend. Stipend is paid in line with ICAI norms for the relevant year of articleship. Specifics are shared at the interview stage rather than published, in keeping with ICAI guidelines.
What we look for. Clarity of communication, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to own a small piece of work end-to-end. Prior exposure or technical depth is welcome but not required; attitude is.
